During the period of March 17-18, 2016, Minister of Culture Monica Babuc undertakes a visit to Paris, France.

The official will have a meeting with Mechtild Rossler, Director of the World Heritage Centre (WHC), aiming to promote de dossier of "Archaeological Landscape Orheiul Vechi" for inclusion into World Heritage List, but to launch new initiatives concerning the cooperation consolidation between the Republic of Moldova and UNESCO.

Also, the visit program includes meetings with the permanent Delegates of Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia and Macedonia beside UNESCO, in order to address common dossier "Cultural practices associated with the first day of March" for inclusion into UNESCO representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

In this period, also, there are foreseen, meetings between Minister of Culture Monica Babuc and Frederic Reiss, Vice President of the Committee on Education and Culture of the French National Assembly, President of the friendship group France-the Republic of Moldova of the National Assembly and Andre Vallini, Minister of StateforDevelopment and Francophony, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Development of France.
